RainKing was purchased by Spectrum Equity in September 2015 and TA and Associates in 2017. Bill was also the founder and CEO of bigdough.com, the leading sales and marketing database for the capital markets industry. Bigdough was purchased by multiple private equity firms including VSS. KKR and Blackstone/Goldman Sachs.
